Sir,

I have the honor to state that I am a student of class Eight of your school. My father has been transferred to Khulna and our family has already shifted there. So, it would not be possible on my part to continue my studies in your institution.

I, therefore, pray and hope that your honor would be kind enough to issue me a transfer certificate at an early date so that I can get myself admitted into a school in Dhaka.
